Step 1: Send Resume
For a quick review of your qualifications, we ask that you first send a resume. Please send your resume to Berean Academy, 17951 North U.S. Hwy. 41, Lutz, Florida 33549, Attention: Mrs. Lori Gibbs.


Step 2: Submit Application
After reviewing your resume, the headmaster may request that you complete a Berean Academy employment application. Please indicate the position desired. Grammar School teacher, Upper School teacher, administration, technology, or coaching are examples.

Step 3: Interview
In addition to your professional qualifications, the headmaster or human resources director will discuss with you your profession of faith, church membership, Christian service and Berean’s distinctives.

Step 4: Reference Check
Because our employees work closely with children, Berean Academy conducts reference checks and requires fingerprinting with a federal background check.  

Step 5: Notification
After the background check is completed, Berean may extend an offer of employment.
