Step 1: Send Resume

Step 2: Submit Application
After reviewing your resume, the headmaster may request that you complete a Berean Academy employment application. We will provide you with the appropriate application at that time. Please indicate the type of position for which you are applying: Grammar School teacher, Upper School teacher, administration, technology, coaching etc.

Step 3: Interview
In addition to your professional qualifications, the headmaster or human resources director will discuss with you your profession of faith, church membership, Christian service and Berean’s distinctives.
Step 4: Reference Check
Because our employees work closely with children, Berean Academy conducts reference checks and requires fingerprinting with a federal background check.
Step 5: Notification
After the background check is completed, Berean may extend an offer of employment.
