THE BEREAN STAFF

BRAD DALE is Director of Operations at Berean Academy. He studied at both Indiana Wesleyan University and Indiana University as a Business major. He was employed with Ford Motor Company for twenty-one years and founded a residential contracting business. Brad is the proud father of four children and is “best friends” with Mrs. Dale, our fourth grade teacher. The Dales are members of Tampa Bay Presbyterian Church.

 

 

 

LORI GIBBS is Director of Administration at Berean Academy. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida where she majored in marketing. Lori has many years of experience in management, including employee relations, human resource recruiting and business administration. She has held positions with the University of Florida, St. Joseph’s Hospital and Time, Inc. Lori and Brent have 2 children and are members of Idlewild Baptist Church. Lori enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, decorating and making custom jewelry. As you might expect, Lori and Brent are Florida Gator football fans and enjoy traveling to Gainesville to cheer on their team. Go Gators!

 

 

BRUCE KIRBY is Headmaster at Berean Academy. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Religious Studies. Bruce also serves as the Director of Cambridge Study Center in Lakeland, Florida. He has lectured on the interpretation of film at The Christian Study Center at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He recently completed a stage play based on the fairy tale The Light Princess by George MacDonald and is working on a screenplay and a children's book. In his spare time he enjoys reading, golf, fishing and the beach. He loves fine films and enjoys watching football and basketball. Bruce and his wife Janie have three grown children and seven wonderful grandchildren.

 

 

ZOVA ROTHCHILD is the Director of Admissions at Berean Academy. Zova spent her early career in Organizational Management, working for various Chambers of Commerce and Habitat for Humanity. After seven years as Director of Volunteers for several large churches in Kentucky and Ohio, she joined the administrative staff of First Baptist Church School in Mt. Pleasant, SC. She and her husband Marty moved to Tampa in 2007 and have two daughters. Zova is a member of Lifepoint Church and serves as a volunteer in Guest Services and Assimilation Ministries. In her spare time, Zova enjoys watching her daughters participate in various activities, going to the beach, reading, spending time doing anything with her husband and best friend Marty.
